    "content": "I have noticed that if the soundcard is stopped and then re-started \nwithin ARISSatTLM, that there is no further decode of telemetry.  Upon \nsoundcard re-start the audio level resumes activity and proper level, \nthe CW search marker (blue) hops around as usual and locks onto the CW \nbeacon, but the data search marker (red) freezes in a random position \nand there is no decode from this point on.  Only by re-starting the \nwhole ARISSatTLM program can decode be re-established.\n\nThe program decodes nicely with ARISSat-1 at two degrees or less above \nmy horizon (with C.P. Yagi at 6 feet), so absolutely no issues there.\n\nIs this a known \"feature\" of this version, or should I question my machine?\n\n73-Larry.\nK4OZS\n\n",
