    "content": "This is the same 2.4 GHz digital amateur TV transmitter that was operating in the Columbus module several years ago.  It is not SSTV.  The unit failed and was returned to Earth pre-pandemic, has since been repaired with no changes, given a new external RF filter, and is now being returned to ISS.
