    "content": "\nHi Ron,\n\nANS 308 came through fine for me, but I find that anything that gets digested by Hotmail (a reply or a forward) gets mangled in the way you describe.  It started when Microsoft did an \"upgrade\" to Hotmail a few months ago (in typical Microsoft style).  For, example, your original message now looks like what's at the bottom of this message.  The only work around I know of is for the sender to copy the original text, and paste it over the default forwarded/replied text.
