    "content": "No, there is no such system because it is unnecessary. There are few\nsatellites visible from any point on the planet at any given time, anyone\non the satellite will be on one band or band pair, there are usually plenty\nof stations to work (too many on the FM satellites, where all are competing\nfor a single channel -- but not enough on the linear satellites, where it\ncan sometimes be lonely, but announcements aren't going to create more\nstations on a pass in progress), and any station in the footprint of the\nsatellite will be able to hear and work any other station also in the\nfootprint.
