    "content": "Sad to hear that John is gone.\nHe was one of the first QSO's I had in 1993 on RS10.\nAfter that we had QSOs on many of the satellites.\n\nI also remember him from the AMSAT-UK Colloquia where he helped to introduce\nnew users to satellites. Always friendly and good to talk with.\n\nThe last 3 to 4 years we have exchanged e-mails of a more private character.\n\nMy thoughts goes to his family.\n\nOZ1MY/Ib\n\n\n",
