If they do not provide free of charge \ncable or some form of method for you to receive television signals, you \nare are allowed by law to put up an antenna to receive tv signals. This \nwill work for vhf/uhf but you won't be able to get away with a TH-7 hf \nbeam for example. That method has been used a lot it my area and the \nassociations cannot do a thing about it since it is protected by Federal \nlaw. You may want to consider that direction. If asked to do so, you can \nshow that these antennas do indeed pick up TV signals since they are in \nthe TV band limits (although narrow). I have even used mine on occasion \nto receive TV signals.
