I think I popped the front end of my converter, working some local FM stuff on 2 meters. Think I'm going to put a shorted quarterwave stub on the front end of my converter once I get it fixed.\n\n Michael Heim\nARS KD0AR\n\n\n\n----- Original Message ----\nFrom: \"[email protected]\" <[email protected]>\nTo: [email protected]\nSent: Wednesday, March 18, 2009 10:44:49 PM\nSubject: [amsat-bb] AO-51 mode S\n\nMode S down link sounds great. I almost had the bird to myself I caught a station with NUK then nothing. Rather tricky tracking the fast moving 51 with a 3 foot dish and chasing doppler all by hand. Nice to know my old AO-40 (sobsob) S band stuff still works! Get out that \"old\" S band gear!\n73 Bob 7LRD\nSeattle\n_______________________________________________\nSent via [email protected].
