Sure, there will be talk\n\nabout addressing the problem, but that's all.\n\n\n\nAs best I can understand, the IARU believes it is an issue for local\n\n(National) radio societies.  With no-one 'steering the ship', as it\n\nwere, it's hardly any wonder it ran aground a long time ago.\n\n\n\nComplaining to your national radio society is unlikely to carry much\n\nclout for a satellite builder at the other end of the world.  In\n\nshort, it's a free-for-all.\n\n\n\nIt's not a new problem either, see Altruistic radio amateurs (1994)\n\nftp://ftp.amsat.org/amsat/articles/satgen/sgen268.txt\n\n\n\nJohn GM4IHJ noted this growing problem 14 *years* ago, and yet nobody\n\nseems to care.
