    "content": "The ISS crew turned the radio off to support the EVA that occurred last\nnight/this morning and is currently scheduled to sleep until 0600 UTC on\nWednesday. I would not expect to hear the crossband repeater any earlier\nthan that.\n\nI've heard a couple of reports of folks hearing themselves but have no\nindication that the crossband repeater is active. It may be that they\nare hearing their third harmonic on the UHF side with a wide receiver or\nexcessive Doppler correction.
