    "content": "The last two decent ISS passes for my location, when the ISS has been in \npacket mode, have been nothing but  \"FM RS0ISS to CO2SR\" and other CO2SR \nmessages. Its been so bad that its almost impossible to get any messages \nup-linked as there is hardly any space in between messages - I saw a \ncouple of others get through but CO2SR (Armando in Cuba) seems to have \nevery pass sewn up).\n\nCan anyone tell me what is going on?\n\nMany thanks\n\nDavid\nKG4ZLB\n\n\n\n\n",
