    "content": "John,\n\nIn the last situation, it took me several weeks of recording\nthe passes before I finally got a callsign.  I can start recording\nagain.  I'll try to own this problem, assuming it's happening\nagain.  If anyone gets a good recording of a callsign, could\nthey please email it on to me, along with date and time?  I'll \ncontact the responsible operator and then forward to Riley \nif it seems necessary.
