    "content": "Here here. Finally a rational suggestion. Basically two satellites in \none. If the experimental section screws up it won't affect the users \ncommunication sat. If the experimental works, fine. But the main \nobjective should be the safety of the commo sat for the users. If the \nSDR radio does not work it should not be able to threaten the \noperation of the commo sat portion of Eagle.\n\nThen there would be two ground stations in effect. one the U/V and \npossibly a L/S linear for our users' commo needs. And the \nexperimental station to handle the microwave digital ops.\n\nLes W4SCO\n\n\n>Suggestion:\n>\n>A HEO with a proven communicating platform where users can use their \n>actual equipment.\n>An experimental platform where those who want to use and play exotic \n>mode can use it without\n>disturbing the first platform.\n>\n>Forget theses emergency new mode focusing only and go for a real \n>KISS communication HEO.\n\n\n\n",
