    "content": "  I just noticed that in the list of TLEs from Celestrak, there is a group\ncalled \"vega launch\" which has the satellites by name. The vega launch set\nhas MaSat as object F, which is about 4 minutes ahead of object D that\npeople seem to be using for MaSat-1.
