"content": "Odd... I am surprised at the number of folks who need NH... there are \nactually a\nlarge number of hams in southern NH.\n\nAnd I work less than 15 minutes from the MA/NH border. HRO Salem, NH is 20 \n(and no one there will\nquestion what I am doing in the parking lot)\n\nThere is a large regional hamfest in Deerfield, NH (NEARFEST, formally\nknown as Hosstraders) twice a year ---spring and fall; an excellent \nopportunity for portable/handheld operation.\nAnd this past summer I did spend a few weekends up in ME (Old Orchard \nBeach).\n\nIf you really do need NH or ME (or MA, for that matter), please send an \nemail to <my call> at hotmail dot com.\nPut the state abbreviations you need (only) in the subject line\ne.g. ME\nor\nME NH\n\nI'll build a quick dis list and email when I am going to be on from those \nlocations.\nI'd rather not \"open post\" because I think it swamps the birds. I can do \nAO-27 now, and\nI'm figuring out a good way to program the FT-530 for SO-50.\n\nBill W1PA\n\n\n\n\n",
