    "content": "Hi Jeff,\n\nFirst make sure pkunzip/pkzip are in the particular satellite directory \nunder WiSP.\nWiSP will automatically pkzip files of a certain size, this you can set.\nSome people have been manually zipping file using Winzip and uploading them. \nWiSP can't recognize the format and therefore unzip them.\nYou have to do this manually.\nTo see that it works, set the auto zip size, upload a file and then download \nit.
