"content": "Hi Brad!\n\nIf you are making packet QSOs through the ISS digipeater,\nyou can also use NO-84 when its 145.825 MHz digipeater is\non. Look for the PSAT call sign on that frequency when the\ndigipeater is on (PSAT-1 is seen when NO-84's digipeater is\noff).\n\nWith a Kenwood TH-D72 or TM-D710G, or possibly other radios\nor combinations of radios, you may be able to work the\nFalconSat-3 satellite. AMSAT has information specifically\nfor that satellite at:\n\nhttp://www.amsat.org/falconsat-3/\n\nand there is a PDF file with an AMSAT Journal article I wrote\non working the FalconSat-3 digipeater on the Station and\nOperating Hints page at the AMSAT web site:\n\nhttps://www.amsat.org/station-and-operating-hints/\n\nThat article also touches on an experiment I did with a\nTH-D74 and an SDR receiver. A little more to manage than a\nsingle radio or piece of software, but another option for\nthose wanting to try FalconSat-3. I have not tried to use\nthe onboard mailbox/BBS system; just the digipeater.\n\n73!\n\n\n\n\nPatrick WD9EWK/VA7EWK\nhttp://www.wd9ewk.net/\nTwitter: @WD9EWK or http://twitter.com/WD9EWK\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n> I have mastered packet exchange through the ISS and would love to do\n> packets on the APRS satellites.
