    "content": "George,\n\nI re-read your email and realized you were asking how the *fiberglass  \nrod* connects to the balun case.\nThe manual shows the balun case/support rod as one item, so I don't  \nknow how the rod is secured.\nMy guess is that it's a force-fit into the delrin ring at the top of  \nthe balun.\nI can send you a scan of the manual, or some pictures of my eggbeater  \nif that would help.\n\n====================\nThe loops are secured with Allen screws at their bottom.
