    "content": "David,\n\nYou might check out my web page at:\n\nhttp://k3rrr.com/cheap-computer-controlled-tv-rotor-for-amsat-satellites-and-includes-free-satellite-tracking-with-pstrotator-and-the-usb-uirt/\n\nfor a way to use a $65 for a  Jon Rhees USB-UIRT USB Universal Infrared \nReceiver and Transmitter to work with PstRotator for complete rotator \ncontrol for working the satellites.\n\nThe great thing is that the USB – UIRT is totally plug-and-play once you \ndownload the drivers from the USB – UIRT website.
