    "content": "Hi,\nQuestion for Bob WB4APR, What is the current status of NO-83? Last I heard\nwe never established communications with it. Also I just worked my first\nsuccessful pass on NO-84's PSK31 transponder, The down link always stays at\nabout 5-5 to pegging the s meter, so no problems here! I only ran 10W on\nthe uplink and the bird heard me just fine. Unfourtently no one seems to be\non, maybe people just think its too hard to work, trust me its really easy\nto work when you get the software setup! Im using DopplerPsk for the uplink\nand it works very well, it keeps my uplink 100% stable. The W3ADO beacon\ncomes through very strong as well.
