    "content": "The ARRL/TAPR DCC (Digital Communication Conference) \nwill be in Portland, OR on September 24 - 26. \n\nTAPR is the national digital ham organization and the DCC is the annual \nconference. \n\n \nThe DCC Forum Schedule has been published & is available at: \nwww.tapr.org/pdf/DCC_2010_Schedule2010-09-17.pdf\n\nAs you will see there is something for everyone at the DCC including Technical \nPresentations & Papers \n\ncovering Digital Voice, Digital Amateur Television, Softwware Defined Radio & \nDigital Data and also Introductory Presentations. \n\n\nThe Saturday night banquet speaker will be Dr. Nathan “Chip” Cohen, W1YW. \nYaesu has contributed a VX-8DR HT as a major banquet prize.
