"content": " I would like to have joined you Sebastian but Irene blew my satellite array\ndown :( I had my main HF tower in hurricane mode, but nothing else to do\nwith the sat antennas. Funny thing is Irene didn't have much of a punch till\nafter it made Landfall 40 miles from here about 6 am. The antennas blew down\nsometime in the early afternoon after Irene was past. The trailing winds 6\nhours later were stronger then the leading ones! Very strange. So now I'm\nin a rebuilding mode. I should be back on the air in a few weeks...\n\n73 Jeff kb2m\n\n-----Original Message-----\nFrom: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On\nBehalf Of Sebastian, W4AS\nSent: Monday, August 29, 2011 15:05 PM\nTo: AMSAT-BB\nSubject: [amsat-bb] ARISSat transponder\n\nAt the 1850z pass, ARISSat passed at approximately 20 degrees for me. I\nhadn't tried the SSB transponder in a while, and decided to give it a go.\nOnce I found my downlink, it was loud and clear throughout most of the past.\nCalled CQ for several minutes, but no takers.\n\nThose who haven't tried it, really should.\n\n73 de Sebastian, W4AS\n\n\n",
