    "content": "Fabiano,\n\nYou should if at all possible follow the One True Rule of Doppler tuning and\ntune both.  If you tune both the uplink and the downlink, and the person\nwith whom you are talking does the same, it makes the conversation much like\na terrestrial HF communications.  I often have a QSO from AOS to LOS on AO-7\nand FO-29 without once tuning the radio manually.
