I bought mine with the duplexor installed so it had the foam \nhandle on the end of the boom. That's why I didn't see it. Pulled the \nfoam handle off and there it was, as you described. Now to pull the \nscrew on the tri-pod and replace it with a \"just long enough\" \nreplacement.
