    "content": "Hello,\n\nDuring latest Comprida Island expedition (GG64, IOTA-SA-024) we heard a\nstrange CW signal \"6HE\" at 144,470 MHz, CW, pointed aprox. 60 ~ 70\ndegrees, to the ocean toward Rio de Janeiro.
