    "content": "Hi All,\n\nWhile Delfi-C3 is rapidly approaching her second birthday on 28th of\nApril, the team got a warning from The United States Joint Space\nOperations Center about a close approach of COSMOS debris and\nDelfi-C3.\nToday at 14:49 UTC the two objects will approach each other almost\nheads on with a difference velocity of 15km/s (yes, kilometers a\nsecond!). Fortunately, the predicted distance between the objects will\nbe 492m, so they will miss each other.\nAlthough these close approach warnings were given to other satellites\nas well, and the chance that something really happens is very small,\nwe would like to encourage people to listen for Delfi-C3 and send in\ntelemetry.\nPlease have a look at the mission operations page at\nhttp://www.delfic3.nl/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=93&Itemid=122\nfor frequency info and the latest RASCAL downoad.\n\n**PLEASE NOTE** Due to Delfi-C3s habit of sometimes switching off from\nscience mode, you might hear nothing while Delfi-C3 is fine.
