Still not working. I have even moved the doppler.sql\nfile from the DATA_Repair directory. Also I have removed all the entries except\none, just in case there is an error in one of the lines I am not using. My\nDoppler.SQF file is shown below.\n\n I'm at my wits end. Maybe I should reinstall the program, but there's no ununstall\nfunction, so I'm not sure if that would be a good idea? What do you think?\n\n73 Jim\n\nHere'e my Doppler.SQF file\n\n; For Hints look at the end of this file.\n; Do not remove or modify these first\n; 3 lines of the file, starting with ';'!\nFO-29,435850.45,145951.55,USB,LSB,REV,0,0\n;\n; Hints\n; This file contains all data required for the CAT tuning to operate. CAT tuning\n; only works for satellites whose frequencies are contained in the file.\n; To use the program's tuning functions during Vfo operation, these data are also\n; needed.\n; It is essential not to modify the file format, when you edit the file.\n; Be careful not to add blanks or blank lines. For decimal markers, the point\n; has to be used.\n; To add another satellite, copy one of the lines, insert the copy into the\n; data section, then modify it for the new satellite.\n;\n; Each line has to contain the following parameters:\n; The name of the satellite, the spelling has to be the same as in the Keplerian\n; source file.\n; the receive- and transmit frequencies in kHz,\n; the Up- and Downlink modes, possible entries: FM,FMN,CW,CWN,USB,LSB,\n; the frequency trend of the satellite (normal or reverse), possible entries: NOR,\nREV\n; the converter and transverer offset frequencies in kHz\n;\n; As a general rule, all 7 parameters have to be present, even if some of them\n; are irrelevant for a particular satellite. In that case the unused data may\n; have any value.\n;\n; Each line may contain a short comment at it's end, see the examples in\n; the data lines for AO-51. The comment must be separated by a comma from\n; the last parameter entry.\n;\n; If the receiving frequency is the only one needed (UO-11), the transmitting\n; frequency has to be set to 0.\n; Converter and transverter offsets also have to be 0, if no converter or\n; transverter is needed for the satellite concerned.\n; For satellites using multiple frequencies or frequency pairs, the name has to\n; be repeated each time. At program start, the first file encountered for a specific\n; satellite will be used. By editing the file, you should therefore pay attention\n; to put the most used frequency as a first entry in the list.\n;\n; For more detailed informations read the manual, section 'Auxiliary files',\n; 'Doppler.SQF'. For more detailed informations about converter/transverter\n; operation read the FAQ.htm, section 'Converter/Transverter Operation'.\n\n> -----Original Message-----\n> From: Jean-François Ménard [mailto:[email protected]]\n> Sent: 03 August 2009 20:08\n> To: Jim Heck; [email protected]\n> Subject: Re: [amsat-bb] SAT PC H e e e lp!\n>\n>\n> Ho yes.... probably easier to solve that way.
