    "content": "Jeff, I encourage you to look more closely at the packets in my\noriginal email and at the raw packets on ARISS.net.  I copied those\npackets directly via RF which means all of them were being digitpeated\nby the ISS when I decoded them. They were being seen by anyone in the\nfootprint and picked up by other IGATE stations.  Secondly, I was\nrunning a passive IGATE, forwarding what I received to the APRS-IS.\nBased on your statement, if I took down my IGATE, should the other\nstation transmit more often?\n\nMy posting of those packets was not meant to insult anyone or cause\nany embarrassment. I posted what I received at my station. Readers can\ndraw whatever conclusions their hearts desire.
