    "content": "Hi Kev,\nyou can do the following (besides the methode Jan, PE0SAT, described \nalready):\nIn SatPC32 click menu \"?\"  >  \"Auxiliary Files\"  > \"Celestrak.SQF\" and \nadd the following line to the data section:\n\nhttp://www.celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/tle-new.txt\n\nSave the file and restart SatPC32.\n\nYou can now download the Celestrak Kepsfile tle-new (with the UpdateKeps \nbutton). It will then appeasr in the left list of menu \"Satellites\". It  \ncontains the current Keps for the XW2-3 satellites and others.  The \nobject 2015-049L is XW2- 3E (= CAS-3E).\nI added that satellite to group \"Diverse\" (menu \"Satellites\").\nIn Doppler.SQF add  the following lines for this satellite (names in \nDoppler.SQF and Kepsfile must be the same):\n2015-049L,145925.0,435280.0,USB,LSB,REV,0,0,Transponder\n2015-049L,145910.0,0,USB,,0,CW Beacon\nSave that file also and restart SatPC32.\n\nThis morning I had a QSO over the satellite. The signal is very good. \nDoppler correction by the program worked very well.
