    "content": "HamTV Bulletin #10\nMarch 21, 2014\n\nHam Video BlankTransmissions Planning\n\nPresently, Ham Video is transmitting permanently a \"blank\" image and \nno audio in configuration 3:\n    * ARISS antenna 43\n    * Frequency 2395 MHz\n    * Symbol rate 1.3 Ms/s\nTransmission will continue in this configuration till the end of the week.\n\nSunday March 23, Ham Video will start transmitting in configuration \n4, i.e. 2395MHz and 2.0 Ms/s.\n\nDue to SpaceX docking and related operations, Ham Video blank \ntransmissions will come to an end March 31.\n\nThe last commissioning step will be planned in April or in May 2014. \nWe will keep you informed on the precise date and time.\n\nReports on reception of blank transmissions are very welcome.\nReports can be filed via this webpage:\n<http://www.spaceflightsoftware.com/ARISS_FSTV/submit.php>http://www.spaceflightsoftware.com/ARISS_FSTV/submit.php\n\nParticipants using the Tutioune receiving software can record as well \nas stream detailed parameters of the received signal.\nPlease see: <http://www.vivadatv.org/>http://www.vivadatv.org/\n\nThursday March 20, three ground stations tested chained reception of \nHam Video signals.\nJean Pierre Courjaud reported on this experiment on his website.
