I am currently building a decent az/el station, and can't wait\nto work some birds.\n\nOne of the other things I really want to do is hit the digipeater on the\nISS and decode telemetry.\n\nSo I began working on APRS using AGW Packet Engine with UISS by ON6MU.\n\nI've managed to configure my station to decode packets and I can even send\nthem, but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how trigger the IC9100\nto transmit. I'm using the digital mode on the 9100, and if I manually hit\ntransmit on the radio, I can send a packet successfully...\n\nHowever, after following the instructions here (\nhttp://www.issfanclub.com/node/37988) I still can't figure out how to\n\"create ports that are linked\" nor \"split the ports\" nor use the ICOM\nKeyer / AGW interface to facilitate RTS\n\nThe 9100 is using COM9 and COM10 on my computer. I can get the 9100 to key\nwith WSPR and WSJT, but not with AGW/UISS.\n\nI was hoping to use Ham Radio Deluxe to manage the doppler, and not SatPC\n\nAny IC9100 owners have a similar setup and have any ideas or insights?\n...or has a similar problem been solved before?\n\nThanks in advance.\n\nCheers,\nLou\n\nPS. I will be joining AMSAT :)\n", "attachments": [] }
