    "content": "A few months ago we added Washington, DC counting the same as a state. \nToday, we continued to align our awards with the ARRL. Our rules stated \ncontacts had to be made within 25 miles or 40 kilometers from your home \nlocation. We have now amended the rules to read within 50 miles or 80 \nkilometers.
