    "content": "Hi All,\n\n \n\nDecoded RS-22 this morning on the 09:00 GMT pass and it would appear that\nthe voltages are fine, she decided to send “RS22 UBS” “RS22 long tone....”\n“TTXA tone.......” “RS22 UBS 139 IBS32 TTXA111 TTXA110 tone” \n\n \n\nI have recorded the pass and it would appear that there was 0 volts & amps\non the solar battery.
