    "content": "Hi folks,\n\nLast week Thursday flash memory of a CAN controller on Sumbandila \nwas corrupted by a probable radiation event.  It does not affect \nsatellite health but prevents activation of the amateur radio \nrepeater.\n\nSimilar problems occurred in October 2009 and December 2010 and were \ncorrected.\n\nThe fix will take many days.
