    "content": " I have not been able to get the LVB Tracker to talk to SATPC32 in my IC-9100.  I am using a Keyspan USA 19HS USB-to-serial adapter between the LVB Tracker and my laptop (Windows 8, 64 bits).  When I start the SATPC32 program, I get an error message \"Port 1 could not be found\".  According to the device manager in my PC, the Keyspan 19HS has COM2 assigned.  I selected COM2 for rotor setting.  I think I am supposed to select the same COM2 for ServerSDX.  But, I never get ServerSDX box on the screen.  Appreciate any help you can give me.  Thanks.  George N3GS\n",
