Well, you will have to do some work as well in order to make it work.\nYou can buy a TYT MD UV380 or the Retevis RT-3S (both are the same radio under different names) with or without GPS but I would recommend the GPS included models.\nNow comes the part where you have to do some work. You will have to install a different Firmware on the radio, called OpenGD77.\nHere is the relevant website with all download links and step-by-step instructions to install the Firmware: https://www.opengd77.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=2380\nAfter the Firmware is installed you will be able to use the build in satellite feature which includes automatic frequency shift for the selected satellite.
