    "content": "i Folks,\n\n  Due to an operator error at the Ground Station, the satellite was NOT put \ninto full time transponder mode as reported last night. I apologise.\n\n  It IS now in full time transponder mode (Commanded on the last pass over \nEurope).\n\n  Again apologies for any concerns caused.
