    "content": "The command team was experimenting with improving the signal on the L/U transmitter during the passes this evening.\n\nThe greatest improvement was noted by taking the resistor out of the path to the transmitter, then lowering the amplitude of the signal to keep it from clipping.\n\nThe U downlink now shows that a number of stations are trying to access this mode.
