This\nis the time membership should rise and show \nsupport for our future efforts. ARRISsat-1 has a linear transponder and you\ncan\nListen to Gould's presentation from Dayton & find out more on the RF setup\non the website. We just had a DARA matching funds \ncampaign and I hope that Those that realize what funding can accomplish have\nmade that a success and I personally thank those that contributed.\nWe have the expertise to put together a great bird but limitations of actual\nlaunches holds us back. Our \"Engineering team\"\nHas assured us that they are ready to be called on to supply us a phase 3\ncomparable satellite. HEO is not a magic word, just one\nThat is still upfront and waiting for that timely spark.\nIf you look at the BOD candidates, when they present their thoughts and\nobjectives just go down the list and find those fitting\nYour requirements for a BOD member. This is certainly a member society and\nexercise your selective powers when the time comes around.\nIf you read the ANS bulletins, members were advised on giving their inputs\nto BOD nominees.
