    "content": "Many thanks to John for the encouragement he has been to so many of us to\nwhom he has been the first or at least one of the first contacts.  John\nalways uses his big guns to help us little pistols get in the game and that\nis the way it should be done.  Before I got my recorder, John's recordings\nwere invaluable to me in helping me to understand why or why not a\nparticular pass worked for me.  They were a great learning tool.  \n\nIf John decides to hang up the pass recordings archive job, I would hope\nthat somebody else might pick up the ball and run.  This is a hobby you know\nand doing a task on a daily basis can get old after a while.  I would not\nblame him if he wanted to hang it up.  \n\nThanks John for all you have done throughout the years to the Ham Satellite\ncommunity.
