    "content": "\n\n\nHi, after I switched to Win 10/64 pro a couple weeks ago, I no longer\ncan make program UISS/AGWPE get a response from the ISS 145.825 AX.25 \nsetup.\n\nNOTE: I regularly decode packets from them ... even a few mins ago.\n\nWhat settings, with respect to uplink, am I missing ?\n\nI use an IC910H for the ISS work and a 2m 5wl beam on Alpha-Spid \nrotator.\n\n\nIf I could test the UISS program SENDING a packet locally to some sort\nof APRS or AX.25, then I could test the setup on the earth path.\n\nI do not know how to do that. As, even though I copy/decode 144.390\npackets here, and 145.825 packets here, I try sending but do not know\nwhat to put in the \"TO\" and the \"VIA\" to be able to make that station\nhear me .. or repeat me .. or send an ACK ... whatever\n\nI am clueless on what form, or PL, I need to use on either the ISS or\ninto the packet system.\n\nsomeone give a basic format that will allow me to test this station\nsetup earth-wise please ??\n\nthank you very much.\n\n\n-- \n73,\nBob KD7YZ LM# 901\n",
