"content": "Hi!\n\nAMSAT will have a booth at the Yuma Hamfest in southwestern Arizona\non Friday and Saturday, 17-18 February 2017. The hamfest will be at\nthe Yuma County Fairgrounds, located south of the I-8 freeway along\n32nd Street in Yuma, across the street from Yuma International\nAirport and Marine Corps Air Station Yuma. More information about\nthe hamfest is available at:\n\nhttp://www.yumahamfest.org/\n\nOnce again, thanks to the Yuma Amateur Radio Hamfest Organization - a\ngroup whose sole purpose is to host this annual hamfest - for providing\nAMSAT a booth. This has become the largest hamfest in Arizona, drawing\nlots of hams from Arizona, Nevada, southern California, along with the\nsnowbirds spending their winter somewhere in the deserts along the\nColorado River. Hopefully there will also be some hams who come up from\nnorthern Mexico, which is only a couple of miles from the hamfest site.\n\nAlong with the booth, there will be on-air demonstrations of satellite\noperating during the two days - weather permitting. If you hear WD9EWK\non the satellites, including ISS and (if available) NO-84 passes, please\ncall and be a part of the demonstrations. The hamfest site is in grid\nDM22qq. All QSOs made during these demonstrations will be uploaded to\nLogbook of the World, and QSL cards will be available on request (please\ne-mail me directly with QSO details, if you wish to receive a QSL card).\n\nDuring the hamfest, I will use my @WD9EWK Twitter feed to post updates\nand photos from the hamfest. If you don't have a Twitter account, you\ncan see these updates and photos at:\n\nhttp://twitter.com/WD9EWK\n\n73!\n\n\n\n\n\nPatrick WD9EWK/VA7EWK\nhttp://www.wd9ewk.net/\nTwitter: @WD9EWK\n",
