    "content": "Hello All,\n\n \n\nSome not so good news.\n\nYesterday  and today, telemetry beacon was not received from TEVEL-2.\n\nThe telemetry beacon is transmitted every 20 seconds. The transmission is\nvery short and can regularly be seen on a waterfall.\n\nThe frequency is 436.400MHz, 9600bps BPSK G3RUH modulation and can be\ndecoded by the appropriate UZ7HO software. \n\nDecoding is preferable but waterfall report is helpful. ( If there is an\noverlap with another sat, you may see beacon bursts from the overlapping\nsatellite. Doppler shift can help to identify.)\n\nPlease try to receive and report.\n\n \n\nTNX and 73,\n\n \n\nDavid 4X1DG\n\n \n\n\n\n",
