    "content": "Greetings,\n\nI have noticed since about 15 November 2006, for sure\nsince 25 November my loopback frequency measurement\nvalues on FO-29 have changed and are more variable. \nNormally my loopback frequencies on FO-29 are stable\nat the several hundreds of Hz but lately they are\nvariable with a peak range of 1.5-kHz--so far.  Now I\nknow why lately I am getting these loopback frequency\nchanges from pass-to-pass and day-to-day.  When the\npassband is saturated the frequency translation is\nnon-linear.  Additionally, distortion becomes a\nproblem for all users when the passband is saturated.\n\n\n\nJames A.
