    "content": "Dear All\n\nAMSAT-Francophone and Electrolab have deployed a ground station to operate\nthe QO100 transponder in DATV.\n\nThe \"broadcast DATV\" team led by Yannick Avelino and with the support of\nEvariste F5OEO has developed the station that will allow the conferences of\nthe \"AMSAT-F RENCONTRE SPATIALE DU 9 & 10 MARS 2019\"  to be broadcast\nlive.\n\nThe team has been in contact with AMSAT-DL and AMSAT-UK to obtain\npermission to operate the satellite during these days.\n\nWe thank AMSAT-DL for allowing us this retransmission.\n\n73\n\nChristophe\n",
