    "content": "Hi All,\n\nWith the second activation now complete, we are developing a way forward\nfor more permanent transponder operations.\n\nThe activations have given us insight into the performance of the\ntransponder systems, with the following noteworthy observations\n\n- The uplink frequency is higher than the published numbers\n- The satellite is power negative with the transponder running\n- The transponder is very usable once the up/downlink relation is\nestablished\n- Resets do occur and the behaviour has to be further charaterised\n\nWe are discussing multiple ways of scheduling the transponder operations.\nAs of now, I can not confirm when we would activate the transponder again.\n\nI would like to thank everyone that participated for their reports and\nspecial thanks to the satellite operators in Delft for running these\nexperiments for us.\n\n\n73 and happy new year\n\nWouter Weggelaar, PA3WEG\nAMSAT-NL\nAMSAT-UK\n",
