This is seen, of late,\nwith the resurgence of 'Experimenter's Wednesday' on AO-85.  I would like to\nsee more experimentation in other areas.  Here are some examples and I'm \nsure\nthat there are others:\n\no Use of LEO satellites for emergency response traffic (e.g. Narrow Band \nEmergency\nMessaging Software - NBEMS).\n\no Use/development of alternative modulation schemes on linear \ntransponder satellites\nto enable more efficient use or lower the barrier to access (e.g. \ndouble-sideband\nmodulation, digital voice, low-power digital modes).\n\no Development and test of homebrew satellite ground stations to lower \nthe barrier\nto working amateur satellites (e.g. antenna systems, filters, amplifiers,\nfull-duplex transceivers).\n\n73,\n\nMac Cody - AE5PH\n\nOn 12/12/2017 06:36 PM, Sean Waite wrote:\n> I'll bite.
