You can check to see\nif packet is active by looking at the reports on any of the following\nwebsites:\nhttp://www.ariss.net\nhttp://www.issfanclub.com\nhttp://oscar.dcarr.org/index.php\n\nIf packet is off, your chances are low (but you never know) of hearing\nvoice on 145.80 unless it is a scheduled school contact during  your\npass. School contact pass times are posted regularly to the SAREX\nreflector.
