    "content": "If the default installation folder for WiSP is under C:\\Program Files, \nthat's likely your problem.  Windows 7 User Account Controls limits certain \nwrite activities to sub-folders under the Program Files folder.  Try \nuninstalling it, then re-install but DON'T accept the default installation \ndirectory.
