    "content": "Hi,\n\nAs part of the changes to improve the calculation of satellite time I've \ngot to take the server down for about 20 minutes to make and validate \nsome database changes.\n\nI detail, I'm changing attributes currently stored as datetime into \ntimestamp. This gives us sub-second accuracy which I need for \ncalculating the packet times and hence better graphing and csv contents.\n\nI plan to do this between 12:30 - 14:00 UTC (4th Feb). Any problems, \nwith that I will delay it until 19:30 UTC (4th Feb)\n\n- Dave, G4DPZ\n",
