    "content": "The rig is NOT putting out a CTCSS tone on 70 cm.  I used a VX6R to test\nthis (thanks Paul S for the suggestion).  I can confirm a tone is being\ntransmitted on 2 meters, because it breaks the squelch on the VX6R.
